- Bill of Materials (BOM) – Microsoft Excel format. BOM must include: manufacturers part number, manufacturer’s name, reference designator, description and footprint (package), and internal part number.
- Gerber Files – Generated by customer’s CAD program
- Centroid Data – Machine file which should include: X, Y, Theta, Side of Board (top or bottom) and Reference Designator
- Assembly Drawings – if available
- PCBs – Silkscreen which indicates polarity and pin 1 markings.
- PCB Size – Min: 0.75 in. x 0.75 in., Max: 14.5 in. x 19.5 in.
